Bookings
Identification is required upon booking a costume. A current drivers licence or passport will be accepted. Other forms of photo ID will be accepted provided adequate proof of address is supplied.
A booking fee of a minimum $20.00 is required in advance to book your costume. This fee is deducted off the price of your hire. Costumes can be booked in person or over the phone. Please choose your costume carefully as this cost is not refundable or exchanged for another costume.
Interstate Customers (Conferences etc)
Can book over the phone with credit card details. Costumes can be delivered and picked up at a small cost.
Intrastate Customers
Can book and arrange delivery by post,bus or courier.
Terms of hire:
We require a security bond equivalent to the cost of your costume. This can be left either in cash, Eftpos or as a credit card slip. The bond will be refunded when your costume is returned on time and undamaged.
A late fee of $10 is charged for every day your costume is late.
